Durability of untreated fine recycled aggregate concrete: a literature review

چکیده
Unlike natural aggregate particles, recycled concrete aggregates contain hardened cement paste phases and multiple interfacial transition zones. These differences in properties may be linked to a decrease durability performance concrete. This paper presents review of the literature published on produced using untreated fine (fRCA). From available literature, made fRCA is strongly w/b used porosity resulting matrix. Water absorption, gas permeability, chloride penetration were found increase with replacement. A possible maximum replacement level 30% was observed this regard. Carbonation resistance due presence calcium hydroxide samples.
